Choose the support path that matches what you are trying to do
Offiqa support is organized around the actual workflow: capture the tabs you are using, add the note that explains why they matter, set the next action, then resume the right work from a new tab.
Quick answers
Common Offiqa help topics
Build your first workspace
Save your current tabs as one workspace, add a short note, and write the next action you want to see when you come back.
Follow the setup guideSave tabs with context
Use Offiqa when tabs alone are not enough. A workspace should remember the reason, note, and next action behind the work.
Learn workspace sessionsRestore tabs and notes
Resume the saved workspace session, review the last note, and continue from the next action instead of rebuilding the tab stack.
Open restore helpQuick Notes
Capture a work note on your new tab, attach it to the right workspace, and turn it into a visible next action when needed.
See Quick Notes helpToday Focus
Keep one to three next actions visible so your workspace recovery has a clear “what now?” when you open a new tab.
Set Today FocusPermissions, privacy, and export
Review how Offiqa explains extension permissions, local-first workspace data, security, and export/import paths.
Review permissionsWorkspace session recovery
The main support workflow: recover the work context, not just the tabs
When something feels lost in Offiqa, check the workspace as a full work context. The useful recovery path is not only “open my tabs again.” It is “open the right workspace, read the last note, and continue from the next action.”
1. Confirm the workspace
Look for the client, campaign, meeting, sales follow-up, or research workspace you expected to continue.
2. Check the saved context
Review the tab count, app chips, last note, and next action so you know this is the right work session.
3. Resume and update
Open the workspace, continue the work, then update the note or next action before you stop again.
Example: “Client ABC Follow-up” should show CRM, email, calendar, and proposal tabs, plus the note that explains the follow-up and the next action to take.

A simple checklist before you ask for help
- Confirm the workspace name matches the work you expected to resume.
- Check whether the saved tab list includes the key apps or pages you need.
- Read the last note to confirm why the workspace was saved.
- Look for the next action so you know what should happen after restore.
- Try restoring from one workspace before checking whether the issue affects all workspaces.
- When contacting support, include what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead.

FAQ
Help Center FAQ
Where should I start if I just installed Offiqa?
Start by building one workspace from the tabs you already have open. Add a short note explaining the reason for the workspace and one next action so you can resume it later without rebuilding context.
What should I do if a workspace does not restore the way I expected?
Open the restore guide, check whether the workspace contains the right tabs, note, and next action, then test one workspace before assuming all workspace sessions are affected. If the issue continues, contact support with the specific steps you took.
How do I get privacy or permission help?
Start with the permissions, privacy, security, and export/import help pages. They are designed to explain Offiqa’s local-first workspace approach and help you review data controls before or after installation.
What information should I include in a support request?
Include your browser version, the Offiqa area involved, the workspace type if relevant, what you clicked, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Avoid sharing sensitive notes or private workspace details unless necessary.
