Solution directory
Offiqa for Sales, Marketing, Admin, Client Work, and Remote Work
Choose an Offiqa role preset when your browser work is split across apps, tabs, notes, and follow-ups. This directory routes you to the best starting setup for sales follow-ups, campaign work, admin and meeting follow-through, client projects, or remote work recovery. Each preset is built around the same Offiqa method: save the tabs, note, and next action behind the work so you can resume the right workspace from every new tab.

Use this directory when the work depends on the role, not just the tabs
Offiqa is not a generic tab dump. A sales follow-up, a campaign review, and a meeting follow-up may all use the browser, but they need different app stacks, note prompts, and next actions. Pick the closest role below, then build a workspace that captures the reason you opened the tabs in the first place.
The rule of thumb: choose the preset that matches the next action you need to resume later. If the next action is “send proposal,” start with Sales. If it is “check campaign tracking,” start with Marketing. If it is “send action items,” start with Admin / EA.

Workspace recovery demo
How a role preset becomes a resumable workspace
Pain
The workday moves through too many browser contexts. You leave a sales follow-up, campaign report, meeting prep, or client project with the tabs still open but the reason and next step unclear.
Workflow
- Choose the closest role preset.
- Select the current tabs that belong to the work.
- Add the note that explains what is happening.
- Write the next action you need later.
Offiqa demo
Offiqa shows a resume card with the workspace name, role tag, app chips, last note, and next action. From a new tab, you can continue the right work instead of rebuilding the browser context from scratch.
Save the reason, not just the tabs.
A good Offiqa workspace should answer: what apps belong here, what note should not be forgotten, and what action should happen next?
Decision guide

Recommended starting points
Browse by the work context you keep losing
For follow-ups and notes
- Capture a quick note on your new tab
Use this when the thought matters more than the tab title. - Turn the note into Today Focus
Keep 1–3 next actions visible instead of creating a full task system. - Client call notes template
Capture context, follow-up, due date, and workspace link after a call.
For browser context recovery
- Save tabs with a note and next action

Setup flow
A simple first workspace setup for any role
- Choose the closest role preset.
Start with Sales, Marketing, Admin / EA, Client Work, or Remote Work. You can still save custom workspaces later. - Open the tabs that belong to one piece of work.
For example: CRM, Gmail, Calendar, and a proposal doc for a client follow-up. - Save the workspace with context.
Name it, keep only the relevant tabs, add the note that explains the work, and write the next action. - Resume from a new tab.
Use the resume card to reopen the right workspace with app chips, note context, and next action visible.
Trust and control
Keep role presets practical and easy to leave
Role presets should help you start faster without turning Offiqa into a CRM, project management app, or heavy dashboard. Offiqa’s public trust pages explain the privacy, permission, security, and export paths that matter for a browser extension workflow.
Avoid these mistakes
Common workspace mistakes by role
Saving tabs without the reason
A tab list helps for a moment, but the work becomes hard to resume if you cannot remember why the tabs mattered. Add one short note.
Making one workspace too broad
“Marketing” is too wide. “Weekly campaign review” is easier to reopen, scan, and finish.
Skipping the next action
The next action is the bridge back into the work. Write it as a concrete step: “send revised preview,” “check tracking,” or “send meeting follow-up.”
FAQ
Questions about choosing an Offiqa role preset
Can I use more than one role preset?
Yes. A role preset is only a starting structure for a workspace. You might use Sales for client follow-ups, Marketing for campaign review, and Remote Work for end-of-day context recovery.
What if my work does not fit one role?
Start with the workspace session method. Save the current tabs, add a quick note, and write the next action. The role can be refined later.
Is this the same as a tab manager?
No. Offiqa’s direction is to save the work context behind the tabs: the workspace name, app chips, note, and next action, so the saved session is easier to resume.
Which preset should a freelancer or solo operator use?
Use Client Work when the job revolves around client feedback, project files, proposal or invoice links, revision context, and a next delivery action.
Choose a role preset, then save the work behind the tabs
Start with the role that matches your next action. Offiqa works best when each workspace keeps the tabs, note, and next step together so your future self can resume the right work from a new tab.
