About Offiqa
About Offiqa
Offiqa is a work-first New Tab workspace for people who live in the browser all day. It helps busy office workers save the tabs, notes, and next action behind a task so they can resume the right work without rebuilding context from scratch.

Who it helps
Built for browser-heavy workdays
Sales and follow-up
Keep CRM, inbox, calendar, lead research, proposal tabs, notes, and the next follow-up together.
Marketing and reporting
Save campaign, analytics, reporting, content research, and competitor tabs with the reason you opened them.
Admin, client, and VA work
Preserve meeting prep, action items, client workspaces, daily checklists, and follow-up context.
What Offiqa values
Calm, practical, and work-first
Save the reason, not just the tabs
A tab list alone is easy to forget. Offiqa pairs workspace tabs with quick notes and the next action so the context is easier to resume.
Start the next task faster
Work apps, recent workspaces, Today Focus, Quick Notes, and Focus Timer stay close to the new-tab moment where work often starts again.
Who built Offiqa
Built by Robert Frank, Des Moines, Iowa
Offiqa was built by Robert Frank, a product builder based in Des Moines, Iowa. The idea came from a recurring frustration: too many browser-based workdays spent reopening the same tabs, writing the same follow-up notes, and losing the reason behind the work each time a meeting interrupted the flow.
The goal was narrow and specific — a New Tab replacement that saves the tabs, the note, and the next action together as one resumable workspace, without turning into another overcomplicated productivity system. Offiqa is designed for people who live in the browser and need a calm, work-first starting point each time they open a new tab.
