Pipeline Review Template
Use this pipeline review template to turn a scattered sales review into one focused workspace: CRM views, deal notes, risk checks, follow-up tabs, and the next action for each priority opportunity. In Offiqa, the goal is not just to save a tab list. The goal is to save the reason behind the pipeline review so you can return later with the notes and next steps still visible.

Best use: weekly or end-of-day sales pipeline reviews where the next step matters more than another long status note. Copy the template, fill the highest-risk deals first, then save the CRM, email, calendar, proposal, and follow-up notes as one sales workspace.
Who should use it
Use this when pipeline work keeps spreading across tools
Sales reps
Use it before a weekly review, after prospecting blocks, or when several deals need follow-up before the day ends.
Founders and solo sellers
Use it when you manage leads manually across CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets, and proposal docs.
Sales managers
Use it to make review notes action-oriented: deal state, blocker, next action, owner, and follow-up date.

What the pipeline review should capture
A useful review should not become a long CRM diary. It should help you decide which deals need attention, what context is missing, and what action should happen next. This template keeps the review short enough to use during a real workday.
- Workspace name: Pipeline Review — Week of [date]
- Tabs: CRM pipeline, priority deal records, inbox search, calendar, proposal or quote docs
- Note: what changed, what is blocked, what needs follow-up
- Next action: the one move that should happen when you resume the workspace

Turn the review into a resumable sales workspace
Pain
A pipeline review often starts in the CRM but quickly spreads into email, calendar, proposal docs, call notes, and follow-up lists. The hard part is not reopening the tabs later. It is remembering why each tab was open and what action was supposed to happen next.
Workflow
- Open the CRM pipeline view and filter to the deals that need review.
- Open the deal records, email threads, proposal docs, and calendar slots that explain the next move.
- Fill the template with blockers, missing information, and the next action for each deal.
- Pick one action to become Today Focus.
- Save the review as a workspace so the tabs, note, and next action stay together.
Offiqa demo
In the sales follow-up workspace, save the CRM, inbox, calendar, proposal, and lead sheet as one workspace. Add the pipeline review note, choose the highest-priority follow-up as Today Focus, then resume the review from every new tab when it is time to act.
How to customize
Adapt the template to your pipeline style
For a short daily review
- Keep only the top three priority deals.
- Replace “pipeline snapshot” with “today’s follow-up queue.”
- Use one Today Focus item instead of a long task list.
For a weekly team review
- Add owner, stage, next meeting, and forecast note fields.
- Split follow-ups into send, schedule, update CRM, and prepare proposal.
- Save manager notes and rep notes in the same workspace only when they support the same review.
For founder-led sales
- Add “why this deal matters” beside priority.
- Include proposal or quote tabs in the saved workspace.
- Use the resume trigger field to decide when to reopen the workspace.
For account reviews
- Replace “opportunity” with “account.”
- Add renewal risk, expansion signal, and relationship owner.
- Use the proposal follow-up workspace when the review leads to a quote or renewal proposal.
Usage steps
How to use this template in Offiqa
-
Open your pipeline tools
Start with the CRM pipeline, then open only the email threads, proposal docs, calendar views, and lead sheets needed for the review.
-
Fill the review note
Use the template to capture deal changes, blockers, and missing information. Keep each deal note short enough to scan later.
-
Choose the next action
Pick the action that should happen first when you resume. A useful next action starts with a verb: send, schedule, confirm, update, prepare, or ask.
-
Save the workspace
Save the tabs, review note, and next action together. Offiqa’s workspace card should make the CRM, email, calendar, and proposal context recognizable at a glance.
-
Resume from a new tab
When it is time to follow up, resume the workspace instead of rebuilding the CRM and inbox context from memory.
Checklist
Before you use the pipeline review template
- The review has a clear goal, such as follow-up, cleanup, forecast risk, or proposal movement.
- Each priority deal has a blocker or next action, not just a status label.
- The saved workspace includes the CRM view plus the supporting tabs that explain the next move.
- The quick note explains the reason behind the workspace.
- Today Focus includes one action you can actually do next.
- Old tabs that do not support the review are left out of the workspace.
Common mistakes
Avoid turning the review into another tab dump
Saving every open tab
Fix: save only the tabs that explain the review: CRM, email, calendar, proposal, and lead notes.
Writing status without action
Fix: add a next action for each priority deal. The action is what makes the review useful later.
Mixing unrelated sales work
Fix: create separate workspaces for lead research, proposal follow-up, and pipeline review when the context is different.

Build the rest of your sales workspace system
This template works best when it sits beside your sales follow-up and CRM workflows, not as a standalone note.
Use this when / do not use this when
Use this when
- You need a repeatable structure for pipeline review notes.
- Your follow-up context spans CRM, email, calendar, and proposal tabs.
- You want to resume the review later without guessing why tabs were open.
Do not use this when
- You need a full CRM replacement or forecasting system.
- The work is a one-off note with no browser context to save.
- You are trying to store sensitive deal details without first reviewing your team’s data rules.
FAQ
Pipeline review template questions
Is this a CRM template?
No. It is a review note and workspace template. Keep deal records in your CRM, then use Offiqa to save the supporting tabs, review note, and next action together.
How many deals should I include?
For a fast review, include the top three deals that need a decision, follow-up, or unblock. For a team review, duplicate the priority deal section as needed.
What should become Today Focus?
Choose the first concrete action that moves a deal forward: send a proposal, schedule a call, update the CRM, confirm a decision timeline, or prepare a quote.
How is this different from saving tabs?
Tabs alone tell you what was open. This template adds the reason, deal context, and next action so the workspace is easier to resume later.
